Уважаемые гости города Винницы, предоставляем для проживания комфортабельную, 3-х комнатную квартиру с качественным, современным ремонтом. Укомплектована всем необходимым для отдыха и длительного проживания. В каждой спальне есть 2-х спальная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом и телевизор. Кухня оснащена телевизором, холодильником, микроволновой печью электро чайником, а так же всем необходимым для приготовления и приёма пищи. Есть кондиционер и стиральная машина автомат. Кабельное ТВ и WI-FI. Наличие водонагревательной колонки, даёт возможность круглосуточного пользования горячей водой. Общее количество спальных мест – 4.
Указанная цена актуальна для двух пар гостей ( когда используется 2 комплекта постельного белья), каждый дополнительный комплект за дополнительную плату. Стоимость за проживание так же может повышаться в выходные и праздничные дни.
При поселении, наличие паспорта обязательно!
Поселение с детьми до 7-ми лет только после предварительной договорённости.
Квартира не сдаётся для коллективных празднований!!!
Предоставляю отчётные документы. Бронирование проводится в телефонном режиме, звонки принимаются ежедневно с 9.30 до 21.30, Леся или Олег.

Нам дуже сподобалось, все дуже зручно було. В квартирі абсолютно все є що може бути потрібно, все робе, Чистота ідеальна. Леся чудова та дуже мила хазяйка.
