Євроремонт, укомплектована кухня, мікрохвильова піч, 2 холодильники, 2 сан.узла (постійно гар.і хол.вода), LED телевізор в кожній кімнаті, кожна кімната окремо під ключ, Wi-Fi, праска з дошкою, в холі великий розкладний диван, альтанка з мангалом, є місця для авто.
