Хороші апартамети, зручне розташування.
Одразу біля дому є продуктовий, аптека і «Єва».  В квартирі тепло, є газовий котел і терморегДалееулятор. В туалеті вмикається вентиляція. Сам номер з непоганим свіжим ремонтом, невеличкий але затишний.
Із мінусів: не видають рушник для обличчя, лише банний.
Немає солі, цукру, олії, якщо захочете щось приготувати, то доведеться купувати.
