Власник квартири Валентин - привітний, ввічливий та був на зв'язку.

Плюси,Далее які нам сподобались:
1.Квартира знаходиться в центрі в новобудові, і зручно, що все поруч: магазини, кафе, зупинка громадського транспорту.
2. Недалеко від будинку знаходиться парк та зоопарк, то теж можна прогулятись поруч.
3. На період проживання - все необхідне було.

Що можна покращити (прошу не сприймати це як критику-претензії з мого боку, а саме як можливість удосконалити певні моменти, щоб ваші майбутні відвідувачі були ще більш задоволеними):
1. Квартира виглядає трохи недоглянутою: в деяких місцях обшарпані ручки на кухні..
2. Постільна білизна (подушка) вже в деяких місцях порвалась, і було б чудово її оновити:)
3. Супер, що є праска, але немає гладильної дошки.
4. Бііля ліжка з обох сторін стоять стільчики, куди можна класти свої речі, але це не зовсім зручно, і там мало що поміщяється.

Якщо підсумувати, то загалом все сподобалось в квартирі та розташуванні на час нашого проживання.

Очень понравилась квартира и хозяин. Ухоженная, чистая и просторная. Очень внимательный и приятный хозяин. Приедем ещё :)
